I bought some fresh blueberries the other day and didn’t want them to go bad, so I thought I’d make something yummy with them. Pancakes or waffles was just boring, I didn’t want to do that. And I always see pictures of beautiful muffins with streusel topping, but I never tried it myself. I also had never tried made-from-scratch blueberry muffins. I’ve always used the box mix. So I decided that this would be what I tackled for today’s culinary adventure and found the perfect recipe on the Sunday Night Dinner website. I followed their recipe exactly, so I want to be sure that my source is posted, and it appears that this recipe was adapted from one of Ina Garten’s. With that knowledge, I knew it would be good!
