This is another recipe that I’ve had saved forever. I was intrigued by the idea, putting chocolate atop meat and pasta? Just crazy enough to have delicious possibilities! I had some short ribs leftover from my Asian crockpot meal so I decided to try it out.
I must say, it was pretty delicious! I didn’t season the sauce enough, next time I make it I will definitely add a little more kick. And at first I couldn’t really taste the chocolate, but after shaving a little more on, it was fantastic! It gave just a hint of creamy sweetness. I liked it with the chocolate AND a little sprinkled parmesan cheese. Delish, can’t wait to have the leftovers tonight! Thanks, Elizabeth for another great recipe!
